From the start, it felt like a true partnership, not just a transactional service. The entire on-site team and post-production team were thorough, professional, thoughtful, and fun to work with. They ensured the entire experience ran smoothly and helped us maximize every minute of our time together. We were blown away by the final product. The interviews, broll, and graphics came together to tell the story exactly as we had envisioned for our customers.

The communication from Lifetime Media at all stages of our project was top-notch. While the final product met expectations, working with Lifetime Media overall exceeds expectations. The quality of the final product and the friendly team and their collaboration are some of the many benefits of working with Lifetime Media that will keep us coming back for future projects.

On our last shoot the creative called for a particularly challenging lighting direction. The team at Lifetime had a couple of calls with me to ensure they understood the idea, then produced sample shots that nailed it. This was more than I expected and went a long way to inspire confidence in how the shoot would go. It's always great to work with people who are excited about the project and treat it with the same care that you and your brand do, and Lifetime exemplifies that.

We are a production company based in the UK and needed to prepare a remotely directed pick-up interview on green screen in St. Louis. Lifetime Media offered a full package deal and took on all responsibility of sourcing appropriate crew, equipment, and prepping the location. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help and greatly exceeded our expectations. Lifetime Media is a great one -stop shop for MIVS, prefect for TV/documentaries, not just businesses.

Lifetime Media's excellent portfolio across non-profits and educational institutions, reputation for delivering high-quality work, positive attitude towards our last-minute booking and their understanding of the Swarovski Foundation’s goals during the consultation call were key aspects in our decision. We had an opportunity to put information in front of a client in a unique way but our timeline was tight. The Lifetime team was ready to jump in and help make our vision a reality within our timeframe. The team was helpful in making the changes we requested. Having direct conversations versus providing feedback via email was very productive. The final product met our expectations and gives us a baseline to improve future endeavors.

The most helpful and enjoyable part of working with Lifetime Media was their consistent professionalism throughout the entire process—before, during, and after the shoot and through the delivery of the final product. Our team needed a professional studio environment and crew to help equip my staff to produce a media tour featuring a renowned singer songwriter & a local physician in St. Louis. Lifetime Media had all the gear and amenities we needed to create high-quality video and to comfortably host our talent & end-client. Our clients were thrilled with the shoot and the personal attention that the crew paid to our talent was especially valued.

In your video service search you would be doing a disservice by not at least having a conversation with the Lifetime team about their capabilities and how they can bring your vision to life.

The final product exceeded my expectations. This was one of the highest quality fundraising videos that I’ve been a part of, and it incorporated every aspect of our “wish list” in terms of telling Chaminade’s story and the tuition assistance needs.
